Gilbert Groove – 1/31/2021

The whimsical notions of children can be both refreshing and frightening as their words not yet corrupted by adulthood can both pierce the heart with warmth or stagger your confidence with blatant truths.  My own mind can spiral into the realm of adolescence when surrounded by haughty grins and inextinguishable exuberance.  Their laughter is pure and the sheer level of bewilderment they can induce with their soapbox speeches of nonsense only riles the memories of one`s own childhood.  It is hard to fathom that we were once so young and innocent and if I can ignite their giggles of humor with antics and jokes belying my age, the day will roll out splendidly in glee.
