Tasty10 Joints – 7/31/2021

Take this dreaming mind so perilous with brooding thought for it lacks creative nutrition and lies withering in the sandy dunes of civilization. Fields of outstretched hands beleaguered by a locust with a voracious appetite for self righteous indignation grow silent as their numbers collapse from an unseen demon of biological birth. Arrogant laughter and cries of freedom are now gasping for the very breath they used to diminish and to subjugate those with fervent pleas of sanity. A distant tower has turned away their attentions for it no longer pleases their agenda and they seek solace by ignited infernos of hate and divide. The world around us walks with renewed vigor and purpose while we lay stagnant and the foul smell of disease dominates the landscape. But I choose to hold my ground for friends and allies are plentiful and the strength that remains is a strong bastion for hope. There is much to live for and should we covet community rather than self indulgence, we shall rise from the grim reality we have donned and find flight to the skies of tomorrow.
