B_OZ. (Bounce) – 7/13/2020

The heart factory is pumping as a creaking network of muscles fends off gravity and fatigue. I will not wither. My aging mortality has lost its sense of humor and willfully mocks both my body and mind with ample taunts of despair. My sense of creativity and miserly constitution have revealed a bounty of household gear to utilize rather than hand out sheckles to the local overlord of fitness. I will persevere. I will not fall. Pain is my new best friend and Bounce is my drill sergeant.
