Fire Kitchen – 10/25/2020

Heartfelt memories of my cats howling with glee as they gobble up a plate of hot, gourmet food on a wintry morning come rushing past my memory like a typhoon.  Their viciously kind eyes and soft mews of communication are more than enough to conquer the walls of even the emotionless.  I submit to their wishes for a dim hope they will reciprocate in kind.  Small, furry, lovable bastards!  But now, in the vastness of this desert dwelling, I am once again attempting to tempt the local feline minions, but they remain elusive and skittish.  They feed in the darkness of the night and though I catch glimpses of their form guzzling down kibble like ravenous ninjas, they are still aloof and gnaw away at my patience.  A cardboard box condo I have constructed yet they seem to have lavish tastes in dwellings for they do not linger in the luxurious accommodations.  I am at my wits end.

Thankfully, this new edition from our Fire Kitchen series will hearten my spirit and is a great companion to any spicy meal you have in mind tonight.  Bon appetite!
