Fire Kitchen – 11/30/2020

Thinly sliced pork shoulder morsels in marriage with a polygamist array of aromatics and loud influences of garlic and ginger mix sedately in a crimson bowl of molecular juices.  Crisp and vibrant bok choy will join the dance as a joyous companion to the more stale stepped pork partner.  Soy sauce bedazzled by a sweet kiss of sugar will coerce the diverse crowd into a binding union of flavors.  Dinner is served and like a fine wine, the Fire Kitchen album will give you a punch drunk sensation of total inebriation…..musically of course.  I find my joy of cooking is severely enhanced when a Fire Kitchen dish is served loud and delicious.
