Holiday Jams – 12/19/2020

As the nights grow cold and distant with the sunlight vacating the premises earlier than expected, we fall back on the warmth of comforts ranging from thick blankets to mugs of steaming coffee to endless not-so-good-for-your-waistline goodies that seem to melt in your mouth with urgency and frequency.  I am gobbling up volumes of cookies and cakes and whatever else seems edible in the wake of boredom and a mottled core of nervous energy.  If my house was built on a slight incline, I would be rolling forever in one direction.  Keep the health up my friends with some novelty called exercise and shed some of those frustration pounds.  Summer and beach wear is just around the corner.
