The ravages of living can slowly embrace your body or it can blanket your corporal being with misery.   Treat the temple that is you with respect and rejuvenating activities.  The cycle of life does not have to be a punishment.  It can be the best years of your known existence as long as you keep the mind fresh and tune your body with the groovy maintenance of healthy living.  I have seen the dark side.  I see it even today as it wages battle.  Share the ongoing war and ally with your family and friends to fend it off.
