Tasty10 Joints – 10/30/2021

Scattered notions of normality sprout up around my neighborhood including wild BBQ parties in neighbor`s yards, an outdoor screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas in the local park with parents and kids askew in all the nooks and crannies of outdoor parks gazing at the illuminating entertainment and the simple pleasures of living. My neighbor has rented a food truck to cater his outdoor festivities and I strain my neck in jealous anticipation to catch a glance at the novelty of their pleasures. I feel a bit mired in a ceaseless rut and only the calm of night and the rapturous embrace of wine seem to mellow my expectations of the day. But all is not lost and a bent smile runs across my face inviting me to join. Perhaps I will.
