In the quiet winter of the day when the warmth of the sun begins to slumber and aching chill of the aging day steps gingerly into my bones, I ponder what I have managed to learn from the passage of time. Some things still shadow my dreams and strike fear and self loathing. From these shattered memories of shame, I have heeded my experience and increments of wisdom to avoid such tacit adventures for more reasonable affairs. My mind seems to delve into the files of memory to guide my decisions and perhaps my withering strength of body has also voiced its own concerns. Both the body and the mind need a regiment of exercise to keep it flexible and able to withstand the heavy burdens of gravity and numbing effects of age to the brain. Our social muscle may have taken a beating these past many months, but it is still there lying in earnest for an escape. Keep up with your old rhythms of thought and joys and breathe in new aspects of living through education with whatever metaphors of learning that spikes your interest.
