Swoop! – 7/1/2020

A steady thrum of evening rushes drowns out any sense of anxiety and foreboding that have accumulated this day and for that I am grateful. It is often a relished journey of salvation when you can turn to the steady beat of sounds emanating from the life that surrounds us in our every day existence even when we choose to ignore them. We are all fallible to the onslaught of sorrow and our minds can drift into an abyss of wallowing screams if we do not make mindful decisions to break away from the siren call of destruction. Focus on the good and make changes as they happen for this is not a static world and we are not creatures of distinction who can lay claim to this world. Break away from habits and arrogant beliefs that downtrodden both your soul and those around you. Lift up each other and help those who need it especially when they don`t ask for it. We are one.
