True Joints – 10/14/2020

The starry sky cast its illumination for all to behold.  Wonders of space and eternity written in images and points of light.  One can gaze into the threshold of the perceivable and note the immensity of the unknown.  I look away in confusion and awe diminished by the sheer collective that goes beyond my own perception.  When all seems uncertain, when the drudgery of living catches its breath, I am for a moment, nothing and meaningless.  I breathe deeply the chilling night and am reminded to be humble and thankful for all that I am or will ever be.
