Breathe people.  Inhale the purity of life and exhale the toxicity of the mind that we have had embedded into our consciousness.  Focus on the beauty and distract yourself with nothingness.  If you can step outside in relative solitude, do so.  Even an open window is a doorway into the realm beyond.  Small pleasures.  Iconic moments.  Emotional ties.  Have a deeper appreciation of what you have.  Throw out the excess and promise yourself you will not fall back into the futile grind that we have pent up inside us.  Commercialism is a disease.  Drown out the noise of materialism and reinvent yourself.  This is a dark, but wonderful time to be reborn.  Take advantage of it.  Share in your wealth.  Give of yourself.  Take care of strangers.  You are not alone.
