Monterey Mix – 4/30/2020

I am mindful of the hazardous decay of doubt and the insidious vice that holds your thoughts hostage by pondering the past. A wound of the mind can fester without a salve of change and knowledge. I have for the most part battled and held at bay the demons of regret and treachery that littered my path. I lean with the wind as it guides me to unexpected journeys and breathe in the air of wisdom from the experiences laid before me. I try to find beauty where none exist and offer kindness to all life that will take my hand.

This latest track has a proclivity for extenuating prose mingled with profanity and flashes of a harsh reality. There was a time where I could barely knit a proper sentence together in English and where I was ushered into special classes to accommodate my tongue to the native language. I was too young and naive to realize what I was truly engaged in and perhaps that was for the better. I can now put together a collage off communication, but I do find it muddled with stupidity and irresponsible warrants despite my aging brain. Please enjoy this melodrama of voices and sound.
