Monterey Mix – 8/13/2022

Poets come in many forms and their melody of words are staunchly memorized and reported at length to those who will listen….even if it is an audience of one.  The tale may be of an unrequited love, a treacherous friend, a childhood of sorrow or the treatise of a life lived in prosperity.  The prose may be lyrical infused with rhythmic harmony or an expletive rant to the gods that linger in the heavens.  Some may speak to your heart with such sharpness, it stings with pain while others lift your sense of community in full knowledge that others share your experiences.  This particular album touches the edge of all such perspectives and I am spellbound.
